A Bit About How I Eat:


I try to eat clean! In simple terms - Whole, non-processed, raw foods. 4-5 small meals depending on my workouts. This is more of a lifestyle than a diet, and I try to only "cheat" one meal per week. There are weeks I do better and weeks I do worse, but being healthy is all about sticking to a healthy diet and combining that with exercise!

I love the way I feel when I eat healthy, and don't see my view changing! I'm still learning, working, and growing to make sure that my actual lifestyle and my goal lifestyle can collide nicely in a comfortable fashion. It's all about being the best you and being happy!
